Daphne Edwards joined the family law team at Cheshire, Parker, Schneider & Bryan in 2016. She focuses her practice primarily on divorce and custody litigation, as well as family law appeals. Daphne has more than a decade of experience in state and federal courts and is committed to helping each client through divorce at any stage in the process. She is dedicated to client service and to achieving the best legal remedy for each individual she represents at the most affordable cost, whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation and trial. Daphne is first and foremost a trial attorney.

Daphne has successfully advocated for her clients in family law matters which have included:

  • complex divorce involving closely-held investments and businesses
  • child custody, visitation, and child support
  • negotiation and drafting of separation agreements
  • division of marital property assets
  • alimony and spousal support
  • protection of separate property through divorce
  • modification of child custody and visitation orders

  • unique issues facing LGBT families through divorce and custody
